We usually deliver items within 24 hours via YT/FedEx/DHL after payment.
1.You can cancel order before items are delivered and get money back.
2.Once your order has been shipped, please contact us via email at email@example.com or customer service on our website first and we will help you to solve the problem.
Tip: To ensure the correct items are ordered, we suggest that you read product description carefully before purchasing. If unsure, you can send us email to get help.
Your 100% satisfaction is what motivates us to be more excellent.
1.Items returned within 15 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, such as size, style, hair material, cap construction of color doesn’t match the description.
2.Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
3.Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.
4.Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.
5.Refund customers need to bear the $20 shipping fee by themselves.
Return & Exchange Process
Please contact our customer service within 48 hours after you received your package via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to explain the reason for the return/exchange.
Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 1-3 working days (a few days longer when during the vacations). After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return Authorization Number.
Please ship the returned wig back to the address we gave you.
If you’re located within the United States, we offer local returns & exchange by emailing us at email@example.com/customer service for return instruction and information.
To return your item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return address.Please let us know the return tracking number, so we can keep an eye on the return package!
*We DO NOT accept the return packages by freight collect. For non American customers, we suggest you ship your package by postal express, which will be a little cheaper than Fedex, Ups, DHL and etc.
Please do email us the tracking number to email@example.com after shipping out your returned package.
And please shipping out your returned package within the next 3 days after contact us Or your package will be rejected, and which will influence your refund. Thanks for your understanding.
After receiving the returned package, we will arrange the refund within 7 working days if you just request return.
We will arrange the exchange within 7 working days for return & exchange.
*For Brazil customers, an extra $45 shipping and handling fee will be charged when placing your order. And this extra charge is NOT refundable for any return and exchange orders.
